In this innovative six-hour training, delivered across two evenings, Dr Arielle Schwartz offers a comprehensive framework for addressing these dynamics. By integrating EMDR with Parts Work therapies drawn from Gestalt, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and the Structural Dissociation model, this training equips clinicians to work effectively with challenging cases. We will explore the neurobiology of trauma and fragmentation, learn techniques to stabilise clients’ emotional arousal, and develop strategies to engage parts safely and productively.
