Work with Elizabeth

Elizabeth approaches mental health and psychiatry from an embodied perspective. All emotions reside in the body and are communicating our physical and psychosocial needs. And when we are unable to hear them, they speak louder in the form of symptoms. When working with clients she consciously holds a healing field of radical acceptance to nurture clients along the discovery path towards embodied radiance and whole-hearted living through refining the mind body connection.
