In this vagal toning class, you will receive a lecture about how the lower vagal circuit helps you move into a relaxation response when you feel safe and how we can begin to uncouple the threat response from the parasympathetic nervous system.
This is followed by a gentle yoga practice with a yoga nidra (yogic sleep) aimed to enhance your rest and digest response.
