An EMDR approved consultant through Evergreen Certifications, Dr. Arielle Schwartz provides group consultation for clinical psychologists to come together and ask questions, discuss specific cases, and gain insights into EMDR application techniques for enhancing individual practice. All participants are required to have had prior EMDR training.
In delivering consultation, Dr. Schwartz partners with PESI, a nonprofit organization that helps create affordable and accessible trainings to a wide range of mental health clinicians serving highly diverse populations. This partnership required Dr. Schwartz to let go of her consultant status and certification with EMDRIA. However, while historically PESI trainings were not aligned with EMDRIA’s standard of care, she has worked extensively with PESI to strengthen and refine a training of excellence that now meets these high standards to produce the best quality of mental health care.
